In order to improve the resiliency of our cloud infrastructure, we are rolling out changes that may cause temporary and transient issues connecting via the cloud to AmpliFi and UniFi Protect devices between 5:00 UTC October 5th and 8:00 UTC October 5th. Users will still be able to access AmpliFi and UniFi devices locally; only remote connections as well as notifications will be impacted during the time window. Remote access via unifi.ui.com for UNVR and UDM Pro users will not be impacted, and no UniFi Protect recordings will be affected. We will continue to post updates on the status of our rollout to status.ui.com. Thank you.
