We are performing database maintenance that will cause temporary issues logging in to the SSO service between 6:00 UTC November 10th and 8:00 UTC November 10th. This maintenance will also impact UniFi Network and UniFi Protect mobile applications.

This scheduled maintenance affected: AmpliFi Cloud & UniFi Protect (AmpliFi Cloud Production API), Unifi Elite (Unifi Elite API, Unifi Elite Billing API), UniFi Remote Access (unifi.ui.com, Remote Access Service), Community Forum (Community), UNMS Cloud (UNMS Cloud), and SSO System (SSO Service, Account Service).
