We are performing database maintenance that will cause temporary issues logging in to the SSO service between 17:15 UTC January 11th and 17:30 UTC January 11th. This maintenance will also impact UniFi Network and UniFi Protect mobile applications.

This scheduled maintenance affected: UniFi Remote Access (unifi.ui.com, Remote Access Service), Community Forum (Community), UNMS Cloud (UNMS Cloud), AmpliFi Cloud & UniFi Protect (AmpliFi Cloud Production API), Unifi Elite (Unifi Elite API, Unifi Elite Billing API), and SSO System (SSO Service, Account Service).
