In order to improve the resiliency of our remote access infrastructure, we are rolling out changes that may cause temporary and transient issues for remote connection to AmpliFi and UniFi Protect devices using controller versions 1.15.x and older, between 6:00 UTC February 9th and 7:00 UTC February 9th. Users will still be able to access AmpliFi and UniFi Protect devices locally; only remote connections as well as notifications will be impacted during the time window. UniFi Protect devices using controller version 1.16.0 or newer are not impacted. UniFi Protect recordings will not be affected. We will continue to post updates on the status of our rollout to status.ui.com. Thank you.
